The work
The project paired a tight hillside site with a request to open the main living level to the canyon. We coordinated the structural upgrades with the finish intent early, so the steel and the plaster were resolved as one detail rather than two trades. Access constraints shaped the schedule more than the design did; sequencing material deliveries was half the work.
